I source Mediterranean products for an organic wholesaler in Hamburg that supplies about 400 organic shops. We are looking for certified organic olive oil, honey, dried fruit and cheese from small producers with a clear origin. Documentation matters to us: organic certificate, residue tests and a traceable supply chain.
