Drone mapping: EU and Turkish rules

In Türkiye, spraying with UAVs can be done with a license and permit; in the EU, aerial spraying is banned according to 2009/128/EC and drones are included in this scope. Mapping and monitoring are possible in both countries: pilot license, vehicle registration and data sharing.
