About
The cross-border digital network connecting Kozan and Larissa: its purpose, target audience, B2B meetings, digital trade fair, and academy.
Smart Agriculture Network is a cross-border digital network (CBDN) connecting farmers, SMEs, and agricultural experts in Kozan and Larissa. The network is part of the “Smart Agriculture for Environmental Sustainability and Cross-border Business Dialogue” project, implemented by the Kozan Chamber of Commerce (KOZTO) and in partnership with the Larissa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LACCO). The Kozan District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate and KEAP from Greece are stakeholders in the project. The project is funded by the European Union under the Türkiye-EU Business Dialogue II (TEBD II) program; it started on January 15, 2026, and will be completed on February 15, 2027. The imprint, objectives, and partners can be found on the Project page.
What does the network do?
The platform is an online hub where members can access information, share best practices, and discuss technological advancements in smart and precision agriculture. It offers resources on topics such as precision irrigation, soil monitoring, data-driven crop management, and innovative farming techniques; it encourages continuous information exchange between Türkiye and Greece.
The network works in conjunction with the project's official website smartfarmingsolutions.org and continues to be developed throughout the project. New sections and content are added based on member needs and the event calendar.
Who is it for?

B2B Meetings
Within the project, two digital business-to-business (B2B) meeting events are organized on the platform. These events, managed by KOZTO, take place in the 9th and 10th months of the project (between September 15 – November 15, 2026); they directly connect chamber members, local farmers, and SME representatives from Kozan and Larissa with potential business partners. The focus of the meetings is on establishing business relationships, exchanging ideas on sustainable practices, and exploring joint projects and trade opportunities in the agricultural sector.
Participants see matching suggestions based on the topics they offer and seek in their business profiles and schedule short video meetings with each other. KOZTO will determine the exact dates and announce them on the Events page.
Digital Trade Fair
In the 11th month of the project, LACCO organizes a Digital Trade Fair on the platform. Participating businesses showcase their products, services, and innovative agricultural technologies in virtual booths; all network members and potential international buyers can access this exhibition. Virtual booths, product presentations, and live Q&A sessions help stakeholders expand their reach, seize new business opportunities, and promote sustainable agricultural practices. The 11th month of the project corresponds to November 15 – December 15, 2026; LACCO will announce the exact date of the fair.
Sustainable Agriculture Academy
The Sustainable Agriculture Academy, the educational component of the project, offers distance learning in Turkish and Greek. It consists of four modules: Precision Agriculture; Smart Agriculture Technologies; Farm Data Collection and Management; AR-based agricultural drone usage and flight simulation. You do not need to create a separate account for the Academy: you can access it with a single login using your network account from the Academy link in the menu.
Two Chambers, One Network
The digital network, B2B meetings, and trade fair are three interconnected activities. Together, they aim to establish a live and continuous cross-border business dialogue between KOZTO and LACCO, strengthen cooperation efforts, and promote the adoption of smart agriculture solutions in both regions.
The platform can be used in Turkish, Greek, and English. You can find answers to your questions on the Frequently Asked Questions page, and the contact information for both chambers on the Contact page.
