Project timeline: B2B meetings and digital fair

The Project started on January 15, 2026, and will be completed on February 15, 2027 (13 months). Three major events will be held on the platform; their exact dates will be determined by the organizing chambers and announced on the Events page and via notifications.

Event Period

  • 1st and 2nd B2B Meeting Event: 9th and 10th month of the project (September 15 – November 15, 2026). Organized by KOZTO.
  • Digital Trade Fair: 11th month of the project (November 15 – December 15, 2026). Organized by LACCO.

The dates appearing in the B2B and fair registrations on the platform are drafts; they will be updated when the chambers finalize them.

In the B2B events, chamber members, farmers, and SME representatives from Kozan and Larissa will have one-on-one video meetings. In the fair, businesses will exhibit their products, services, and agricultural technologies in virtual booths; live Q&A sessions will be held.

Pay Attention to Time Difference

Event and meeting times on the platform are written in Turkey time. If your browser is in a different time zone, the equivalent of "your time" will also appear next to the time.

  • Until October 25, 2026, Kozan and Larissa will use the same time.
  • Greece switches to winter time on October 25, 2026. After this date, Larissa is one hour behind Kozan: when it is 11:00 in Kozan, it is 10:00 in Larissa.

Prepare in Advance

  1. Complete your membership and fill out your profile.
  2. In the Settings → Business profile section, select the topics you offer and are looking for. Match suggestions are calculated from here.
  3. When the B2B event opens, go to B2B Meetings from the menu and click the Join Event button.
  4. If you want to open an exhibition at the fair, apply early via Digital Fair → Open a Booth; booths go live after organizer approval.
  5. Add the platform to your phone's home screen and enable instant notifications to not miss reminders.
