Which products from Kozan really have a market in Larissa?
Hello everyone. I run a food distribution company in Larissa, we supply supermarkets, restaurants and some hotels in Thessaly. I write in English so both sides can read it easily.
We already buy sea bream and sea bass from Turkey through wholesalers, like many in Greece. What I want to understand is what else from Kozan could work for us directly:
- fish: can a processor in Kozan supply fresh fillets every week?
- fruit and vegetable preparations, jams, dried fruit
- persimmon in November and December, when we have little local fruit
Fresh oranges are difficult, Greece has its own citrus. But processed products and fish, yes. Honest opinions welcome.
