Setting up a booth and adding products at the digital fair
The Digital Trade Fair is a virtual exhibition organized by LACCO on the platform (in the 11th month of the project, between November 15 and December 15, 2026). Businesses exhibit their products, services, and innovative agricultural technologies in virtual stands; all network members and international buyers can visit the stands.
1. Stand Application
- Log in and go to Digital Fair from the menu.
- Press the Open Stand button.
- Fill out the Stand Application form: company name, hall, brief introduction, country, and sector.
- Submit Application.
Halls are divided by product groups: Citrus and Fresh Fruit; Field Crops, Cotton, and Seed; Honey, Dairy Products, and Local Food; Aquaculture; Smart Agriculture Technologies; Water and Irrigation; Institutions, Education, and Financing. Choose the hall that suits you best.
2. Approval
Your application awaits organizer approval. During this time, only you can see your stand and start preparing it. Once approved, the stand goes live. You can track its status in the Digital Fair → My Stand section.
3. Edit Stand
With Edit Stand on your stand page:
- upload logo and cover image,
- write the promotional text,
- add the link to your YouTube or Vimeo promotional video (it will be played embedded on the stand),
- upload your brochure as a PDF (visitors can download it),
- enter website, email, and phone information (shown only to members).
4. Add Product
- Press the Add Product button on the stand page.
- Enter image, product name, and short description.
- Fill in the detail text and technical data sheet (e.g., variety, caliber, packaging, certificate, season).
- If you wish, enter price information and minimum order quantity.
- Save. Add other products in the same way; manage existing products with Edit or Delete.
5. Meet Visitors
Visitors request a video call through the Request Meeting button on your stand, using the time slot system for B2B meetings, or send a Message. Requests will come to you as notifications.
6. Statistics
As a stand owner, you can see Stand Statistics: number of visits, unique visitors, product views, brochure downloads, video views, and meeting requests. Your own visits are not counted; visitor identities are not shown.
Tip: Language
Your stand promotion remains in the language you wrote it in; visitors in other languages can read it with Show Translation. Adding a short English summary at the end of your promotion for international buyers will make your job easier.
