International buyer registration

24 September 2026 updated · 2 min read · 19 views

The Digital Trade Fair is open not only to network members but also to potential international buyers. Buyer registration allows companies wishing to purchase products or services to introduce themselves to the organizer and exhibitors.

1. Join the network

To register as a buyer, you must first have an account in the network. Membership is free and activated with administrator approval; the steps are in the Membership and profile: first steps guide. You can also use the interface in English or Greek.

2. Complete your buyer registration

  1. Go to Digital Fair from the menu and open the For Buyers tab.
  2. Select Register as a buyer.
  3. Fill out the International buyer registration form: company, country, topics of interest, annual purchase volume, and website.
  4. Submit registration.

3. Approval

Your registration awaits organizer approval; during this time, the page will display “Your buyer registration is awaiting organizer approval.” You will receive a notification when approved, and the Approved buyer badge will appear next to your name.

Benefits of being an approved buyer

  • Exhibitors will recognize you as a verified buyer.
  • Meeting requests you send to exhibitors will appear prioritized.
  • If you also complete your business profile, you will see suitable sellers in B2B matchmaking.

While visiting the fair

  1. Filter or search for exhibitors by hall, sector, and country.
  2. Review product catalogs, technical information, and pricing; download brochures.
  3. At the stand you are interested in, select a time slot when both parties are available using Request meeting, or send a Message.
  4. Ask questions during live sessions and vote on other questions.

Meeting times are listed in Turkey time; if your browser is in a different time zone, the equivalent in “your time” will also be displayed next to it. During the fair period (November – December 2026), Greece is one hour behind Turkey.
