How do B2B meetings work?

24 September 2026 updated · 2 min read · 25 views

B2B Meetings are one-on-one online business meetings between network members. Chamber members, farmers, and SME representatives from Kozan and Larissa talk directly with potential business partners, share experiences, and evaluate cooperation and trade opportunities. Within the KOZTO project, two events are organized in the 9th and 10th months of the project (September 15 – November 15, 2026); exact dates will be announced on the Events page.

1. Prepare and join

  1. Fill in the Settings → Business profile section; match suggestions are calculated from here.
  2. Go to B2B Meetings from the menu, open the event, and click the Join Event button.

2. Find out who to meet

  • Matches: the most suitable participants for you are listed with a compatibility percentage.
  • Participants: the full list; you can filter or search by country, sector, and topic.

3. Request a meeting

  1. Click the Request meeting button on the participant's card.
  2. Choose one of the 20-minute slots when both of you are free. You can also send without choosing a time; you will determine the time together later.
  3. Add a short message: write who you are, what you offer or are looking for, and why you want to meet.

The organizer may set a daily meeting limit per person and a deadline for requests.

4. Respond to requests

Incoming and outgoing requests are displayed separately in the Requests tab. For a request you receive, use one of the options: Accept, Suggest another time, or Not available. You can withdraw a request you sent with Withdraw request.

5. Manage your agenda

The My agenda tab shows time slots day by day. Mark slots you cannot attend as Unavailable; you will not receive requests for those times.

6. Meet

Once a request is accepted, a video call link is automatically generated. The Join meeting button activates 10 minutes before the start. You will receive a notification and email 24 hours before the meeting, and another notification 15 minutes before. Details: Joining video calls and time difference.

7. Evaluate

After the meeting, Evaluate meeting: rate your satisfaction with 1-5 stars, select the outcome (Agreement / order, Quote requested, Follow-up meeting planned, Information exchange, Not suitable), and write notes if you wish. Only the organizer sees the notes. Evaluations are aggregated into participation and satisfaction reports and help plan future events better.
